आदिदेव भगवान ऋषभदेव के चरण-युगल में भक्तिपूर्वक नमस्कार करते हुए देवताओं के मुकुट में जड़ी मणियां प्रभु के चरणों की दिव्य कन्ति से और अधिक चमकने लगती हैं | भगवान के उन पवित्र चरणों का स्पर्श ही प्राणियों के पापों का नाश करने वाला है, तथा जो उनके चरण-युगल का आलम्बन (सहारा) लेता है, वह संसार-समुद्र से पार हो जाता है | इस युग के प्रारम्भ में धर्म का प्रवर्तन करने वाले प्रथम तीर्थंकर ऋषभदेव के चरण-युगल में विधिवत् प्रणाम करके मैं स्तुति करता हूं|
When the gods bow down at the feet of Bhagavan Rishabhdeva the radiance of the jewels of their crowns is intensified by the divine glow of the nails of his feet. Mere touch of his feet. Mere touch of his feet absolves the beings from sins. He who submits himself at these feet crosses the mundane barriers of rebirth into the state of liberation. I convey my reverential salutations at the feet of Bhagavan Rishabhadeva, the first Tirthankara, the propagator of religion at the begining of this era.

भगवान आदिनाथ के दिव्य चरणों में देवगण भक्तिपूर्वक नमस्कार कर रहे हैं, प्रभु के नखों से दिव्य किरणें निकल रही हैं| जिन्होंने भगवान के चरणों का आलम्बन (शरण) लिया, वे संसार-सागर को पार कर रहे हैं, जो इन चरणों से दूर रहे, वे संसार-समुद्र में डूबते जा रहे हैं|

The Gods are offering salutation with reverence at the divine feet of Bhagavan Adinatha. His nails are glowing. Those who have submitted to him are crossing the ocean-like mundane world, but those who have kept away are drowning.
